Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your CO-VRD pieces. If something is not quite right, we are happy to help with a return or exchange.
How to Request a Return
Step 1 — Log in to your account at account.co-vrd.com using the email address you used at checkout.
Step 2 — Find your order and click "Request Return".
Step 3 — Select the item(s) you would like to return and tell us why.
Step 4 — Once approved, you will receive an email with the return address and instructions.
Return Policy
- Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.
- Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.
- Items sent back without an approved return request will not be accepted.
- We recommend using a tracked shipping service — we cannot be held responsible for lost return parcels.
Exchanges
Need a different size? No problem — select "Exchange" when requesting your return and let us know which size you need. Exchanges are free of charge.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 5–7 working days to your original payment method.
