Returns

We want you to love your CO-VRD piece. If you're not completely satisfied, you may return your item(s) within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached
• Items must be returned in their original packaging
• Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned

To initiate a return:

All returns must be submitted through our Returns Portal. Please follow the steps to submit your return request and receive your return instructions.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for different sizes, subject to availability. Please contact us at hello@co-vrd.com to arrange an exchange.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, you will be notified of the outcome.

If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that banks or payment providers may take additional time to process the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, please contact us at hello@co-vrd.com.
