Processing Time

We aim to process and dispatch all orders on the same day when placed before our cut-off time. Otherwise, orders are processed within 1–2 business days from the time of purchase.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details (where available).

United Kingdom Shipping

Orders shipped within the United Kingdom are dispatched from our UK fulfilment location.

  • Standard Delivery: 3–5 business days

  • Next Day Delivery: Available at checkout (order cut-off times apply)

Shipping rates for UK orders are displayed clearly at checkout.

European Union Shipping

All EU orders are shipped from our warehouse in the Netherlands.

Because orders are shipped within the European Union:

  • No customs fees

  • No import duties

  • No unexpected charges on delivery

The price shown at checkout is the final price you pay.

  • Standard EU delivery: 3–5 business days

United Arab Emirates Shipping

Orders shipped within the United Arab Emirates are dispatched from our UAE warehouse once active.

Because orders are shipped domestically within the UAE:

  • No customs fees

  • No import duties

  • No unexpected charges on delivery

International Shipping (Outside the UK, EU & UAE)

We ship worldwide 

Delivery times for international orders typically range between 5–10 business days, depending on the destination. Please note that delivery times may be longer due to customs processing.

Shipping costs for international orders are calculated at checkout based on the destination and order weight.

USA & Canada Shipping

  • Standard Delivery: 3–6 business days
  • Free shipping on all orders

Customs & Duties (International Orders Only)

For orders shipped outside the UK, EU, UAE, USA and Canada, customs duties, taxes, or additional charges may apply.
These charges are set by the destination country’s customs authorities and are the responsibility of the customer.

We are unable to estimate these charges in advance. Any customs delays are outside of our control, but we will assist where possible.
